Rachel Antenucci

Rachel is a third-year student in the Medical/Clinical Psychology Ph.D. Program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She previously earned a Bachelor of Science in both Biochemistry and Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2021. Her doctoral research focuses on substance use and addiction, with an emphasis on opioid use disorder and fentanyl. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and incorporates evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and other mindfulness approaches for a person-centered approach to therapy.
