Marquita is a third-year trainee in the UAB Medical/Clinical Psychology doctoral program. Her approach to therapy is providing culturally-competent, trauma-informed care with integration of aspects of mindfulness-based stress reduction strategies. She has obtained her master's degree in Medical/Clinical Psychology. Marquita offers patient services through the DTTG psychotherapy clinics.
